Find stillness in the chaos of your daily commute

Transform your MTR rides and bus journeys into moments of calm and awareness

Core Practices

What We Teach

Simple techniques you can use anywhere in Hong Kong’s urban rhythm

Box Breathing

Inhale for four counts, hold for four, exhale for four. It’s the fastest way to calm your nervous system when the train’s packed and you’ve got nowhere to go.

Guided Meditation

We’re not talking about music. Discover how to use your commute time for actual meditation with apps that work in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

Micro-Meditations

Five minutes waiting for Bus 40. You don’t need an app. We’ll show you three body-scan techniques that take less time than scrolling through your phone.

Finding Stillness

Learn to create pockets of calm within Hong Kong’s fast pace. We’ve trained over 500 commuters since 2019 to find peace in unexpected places — the MTR platform, a crowded bus, even the escalator at Central Station.

What Our Community Says

“Wasn’t sure about it at first, honestly. I thought mindfulness was just for people who meditate in temples. But after the first workshop, I’ve started using the box breathing technique every time I’m on the MTR and it’s actually made a difference. I’m less stressed during my commute now.”

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need meditation experience?

Not at all. Our workshops are designed for beginners. We’ll teach you everything from scratch. Most of our participants hadn’t meditated before joining us.

How long are the sessions?

Sessions range from 45 minutes to 2 hours depending on the workshop. We also offer micro-sessions that fit into your actual commute time — some take just 5-10 minutes.

Where do you hold workshops?

We run workshops across Hong Kong — Central, Causeway Bay, and Mong Kok. We also offer virtual sessions so you can join from anywhere.

Can I practice these techniques on my own?

Absolutely. We teach you techniques you can use independently on the MTR, bus, or anywhere. Our articles and guides are free resources you can reference anytime.
